We offer both scheduled appointments and "open" hours.  

While open hours are usually referred to as "clinic" or "walk-in" hours, we are tentatively referring to these as "the doctor is in" time, during which we will see patients on a first-come, first-served basis.  This is an alternative to "same day" appointments and is intended to provide better access for those who feel that they need to be seen for an urgent problem, while also trying to stay "on time" for those with scheduled appointments.

No one likes to fill out paperwork in an office — especially when you're in need of medical attention. For convenience, please fill out some preliminary paperwork before your first visit.  You can drop it off, mail it in, fax it to us, or bring it with you.

Our new office location is 1530 Celebration Ave, on the fourth floor.  Easily visible from I-4, it is the first closest building to the World Dr. exit 65.

• From the South/West taking I-4, take exit 62 Airport/Disney World/Celebration and bear to the right.  At the traffic light make a left and go to the first building on the left.

• From the West take 192 to World Dr. and continue to the end, then make a left at the traffic light and go to the first building on the left.

• From the East either take 192 to I-4 or 417 West to the same exit or turn into Celebration from either entrance, turn right onto Celebration Place, go past Celebration Health and the fire station, under the 417 overpass, and make a right onto Celebration Blvd.  Go to the last building on the right, clearly marked 1530 and colored blue and buff. 

• From inside Celebration take Campus St. and turn left onto Celebration Blvd just before the 417 overpass, again to the last building on the right.

• From our old office continue on Celebration Ave. West through town, turn right onto Campus St. at the flag pole, and continue as above.
