Notes :
Prudential, Aetna, and U.S. Healthcare are merging to form
Aetna US Healthcare. Prudential has been the HMO option offered by Disney,
who now offers Cigna, also. Prudential products are being phased out
as subscribers are changed to Aetna/US Healthcare plans.
Current status :
As of January 1, 2001, we are a provider for Aetna/US
Healthcare. While we thought that this would also include
Prudential, it turns out that Prudential is not adding any
physicians to their panels due to the "phase out" of the
Prudential brand by April 1,
2001. Therefore, there is no way to select us as your physician
until your plan changes to Aetna/US Healthcare.
For those of you at Disney, I hope you selected Cigna
instead....
