We offer both scheduled appointments and "open" hours.  

While open hours are usually referred to as "clinic" or "walk-in" hours, we are tentatively referring to these as "the doctor is in" time, during which we will see patients on a first-come, first-served basis.  This is an alternative to "same day" appointments and is intended to provide better access for those who feel that they need to be seen for an urgent problem, while also trying to stay "on time" for those with scheduled appointments.

No one likes to fill out paperwork in an office — especially when you're in need of medical attention. For convenience, please fill out some preliminary paperwork before your first visit.  You can drop it off, mail it in, fax it to us, or bring it with you.

Our location is ideal for a small, single-physician practice. Located on Celebration Avenue, the main road through Celebration, the practice is diagonally across from the new Community Presbyterian Church, in a building between SunTrust bank and Town Hall. The 1280 sq. ft. space is easily accessible from both on-street parking immediately in front as well as a large lot in the rear. The office is tailored to our style of practice and themed as a turn of the century "old time GP" office, inspired by the office and persona of "Doc Graham" in Field of Dreams.

From the north, take I-4 to U.S. 192 East (Exit 25A). Turn right at the second traffic light onto Celebration Ave. (at the water tower) and continue until you see the SunTrust building on your left. Our office is located just past SunTrust at 660 Celebration Ave.

From the south via I-4, take 417 to the Celebration exit.  Turn right onto Celebration Ave. and continue until you see the SunTrust building on your left. Our office is located just past SunTrust at 660 Celebration Ave.

From the east via 192, turn left onto Celebration Ave. at the first traffic light after the 417 overpass, which is just past Old Town and the skycoaster.

From the east via 417, take the Celebration exit and turn left onto Celebration Ave.  Continue until you see the SunTrust building on your left. Our office is located just past SunTrust at 660 Celebration Ave.
